Here at CD Heaven we want to make things as easy as possible for you. The following is a list of frequently asked questions from our customers. If you have any questions that aren't covered in this FAQ, please Contact Us.

 

 

 

Q: I have a stack of CD’s and DVD’s that I don’t want, what can I do with them?
A: You can let us look through them! We love looking at your old music and movies!
We decide exactly what we need and then make you a fair offer (based on the condition,
quantity and selling price ) in cash and then we’ll make you a second trade offer, which is 25% above the cash offer and you don’t pay sales tax on the trade value.

 

 

Q: My CD’s are old though, will anyone even want them?
A: Let us be the judge…it is the most fun to look at old CD’s you may think no one wants!
The back catalogue is what we look at the most, although we do enjoy dealing in current
releases as well…..it is best to say that everything is fair game.

 

 

Q: Do you buy DVD’s as well?
A: Yes we do…same buying procedure as CD’s.

 

 

Q: Do you buy games?
A: YES we buy games for most systems, we base our price on the condition of the game and what it retails for.

 

 

Q: If I want to sell my stuff, what do I need to bring with me?
A: You need to have a current piece of photo I.D., no kids without parents please.

 

 

Q: I bought a disc at your store and it skips, what can I do?

A: Our entire inventory is fully guaranteed against defects only, we have an EXCHANGE POLICY. We will begin by determining the problem and attempt to repair the disc. If that fails, we will then attempt to replace it with the same title. If that can’t be done, you will be asked to pick out a replacement or take store credit.

 

 

Q: I own a disc that skips, can it be repaired?

A: Let us be the judge. We pretty much know what can and can’t be repaired. You can check for obvious problems such as dirt or fingerprints.

 

 

Q: Can you order T-Shirts for me?

A: Yes, if our supplier lists it and it is in stock at the time of ordering, we can SPECIAL
ORDER anything that you see in our store. See STORE INVENTORY AND GALLERY.

 

 

Q: Can you order CD’s and DVD’s?

A: YES We do tons of special orders..we have reliable sellers all over the globe.If we can source it out we will order it for you. We will tell you up front that the item needs to be paid for in full and it takes 10-14 days to arrive normally.

 

 

Q: Can I call you with a list of CD’s or DVD’s to see if you need them?

A: We prefer you come into the store; it is difficult for us to quote a definitive price over the phone because our inventory changes so quickly.

 

 

Q: How long does it take to repair the average disc?

A: In most cases the average disc can be repaired in under 15 mins. Unless you have multiple discs that need to be repaired, this service can usually be done on the spot while you wait.
