POLICY
Your purchase is 100% guaranteed against defects only. No
cash refunds.
When you purchase a disc from us, you have 7 days to
determine if there are any defects.
We work hard to ensure all of our discs are free from any
defects, but in the event that you do get a defective
product, we will determine the problem, attempt to repair
it. If it can’t be repaired, we will replace it for you.

BUYING POLICIES
When you bring your music in for appraisal, we are your
customer. We know exactly what we are looking for and take
only what we have a demand for. Law requires photo I.D.
and must be produced if asked for. We have the right to
refuse any sellers.
Our buying prices vary according to the title and how
common it is. A lower range can be expected with discs
that are very common to the higher price for rarities and
out-of-print items.
LISTEN BEFORE YOU BUY
We have listening posts which allow you to sample all
CD’s. This goes hand-in-hand with our EXCHANGE POLICY.
This way you are not getting stuck with something you
don’t want.
KIDS AND EXPLICIT LYRIC CD’S
Be assured that we do not sell Parental Advisory discs to
underage kids…the onus is on the parent or guardian to let
us know what is acceptable for their kids. |
